To ask the Minister for Communities to detail the number of registered Housing Association properties being used as temporary accommodation in each of the last three years.

Answer:

This issue is an operational matter for the Northern Ireland Housing Executive. I have sought the requested information from the Chief Executive, who has advised me as follows:

“The number of registered housing association properties being used as temporary accommodation in each of the last 3 years, as at 31 March 2025, is as follows:”
