Question:
To ask the Minister of Education, pursuant to AQW 24357/22-27, (i) when the details and scope of the nine special educational needs transformation projects will be published; and (ii) when the outcomes frameworks for the nine projects will be published.

Answer:

Work is ongoing to complete a phased, costed operational plan which will sit behind the Special Educational Needs (SEN) Reform Delivery Plan and includes the nine projects funded from the Public Service Transformation Fund.

The Outcomes Framework for the SEN Reform Agenda, which includes the nine Transformation Fund projects, is under development and is expected to be completed and published during Spring 2025.
