Question:
To ask the Minister of Health, pursuant to AQW 23015/22-27, to detail any guidance his Department has issued to Health and Social Care Trusts on hyperthyroidism.

Answer:

NICE (National Institute for Health and Care Excellence) produce recommendations to help practitioners and commissioners get the best care to people fast, while ensuring value for money.

Whilst there is no specific Departmental guidance issued to practitioners on hyperthyroidism, my Department have shared the NICE guidelines on this condition.
