To ask the Minister of Education what percentage of pre-school settings in 2024-25 were from the non-statutory sector.

Answer:

In the 2024-25 academic year there are a total of 671 funded pre-school education settings participating in the Pre-School Education Programme. 322 of these, or 48%, are non-statutory settings.
