To ask the Minister for Communities whether his Department will implement the recommendations arising from the Marcella Domestic Homicide Review for the Housing Executive.

Answer:

The Department has noted the publication of the Marcella Domestic Homicide Review and will take time to consider the recommendations in full.

The Housing Executive launched its Domestic Abuse Action Plan in December 2024 and a new training package has been developed to increase staff awareness of Domestic Abuse.
