Question:
To ask the Minister of Education when the Education Authority review into the price of school meals will be completed.

Answer:

The Education Authority (EA) is continuing to progress its review of its price of school meals across all school sectors, taking into account both the increases in costs that have been experienced in recent times across the catering sector and the potential impact of any rise in price on families who continue to experience a rise in their cost of living.

The EA will conclude this review as soon as possible and any resultant change in prices will be communicated to all relevant stakeholders.
