Question:
To ask the Minister of Health to detail the number of graduates of the Physician Associate course, part-funded by his Department, that have subsequently found employment as Physician Associates since January 2020.

Answer:

There are nearly 80 Physician Associates (PA) currently working across health and social care in Northern Ireland in a range of settings. While my Department is unable to give a definitive answer to this question, the vast majority of these will have graduated from the PA MSc programme at Ulster University.
