Question:
To ask the Minister for the Economy to detail any options her Department and Tourism NI are exploring following the landowner's withdrawal from negotiations with Newry, Mourne and Down District Council in relation to the Mourne Mountains Gateway Project.

Answer:

In the first instance, examining alternative options would be a decision for the Belfast Region City Deal Executive Board. The Board has not presented my Department nor Tourism Northern Ireland with any alternative proposals.
