Question:
To ask the Minister for Communities for an update on the commencement date for the Queen's Parade redevelopment project.

Answer:

My officials, along with Ards and North Down Borough Council, are continuing to work very closely with the developer, Bangor Marine, in an effort to progress this scheme. Outstanding legal matters are almost finalised, which will enable a start on site. These issues have proven more complex than anticipated and I hope to provide an update on timelines soon.
