Question:
To ask the Minister for Communities for an update on when public realm schemes will be taken forward in (i) Hillsborough; and (ii) Moira.

Answer:

My Department works collaboratively with Councils to deliver Urban Regeneration projects, such as Public Realm schemes, in urban towns and city centres with a policy focus on urban settlements with a population of 5,000 or more.

Hillsborough and Moira, each have populations of less than 5,000 residents. Therefore, Public Realm schemes for those settlements would not fall under the remit of my Department.
