Question:
To ask the Minister of Education, pursuant to AQW 25329/22-27, how these outcomes will be measured.

Answer:

The Outcomes Framework for the Special Educational Needs (SEN) Reform Agenda and Delivery Plan is in the final stages of development and is expected to be completed and published in the coming weeks.

Using an outcomes-based accountability approach, performance measures for individual actions, including the development of a Transitional Support Programme, will be developed as part of the implementation process in collaboration with the relevant stakeholders and will be monitored via Report Cards.
