Question:
To ask the Minister for Infrastructure whether she will provide NI Water with funding to facilitate the periodic inspection of sewerage and storm drainage systems, subject to Article 161 approval, whilst under construction.

Answer:

Developers are responsible for how they undertake their construction, and where they intend to have sites adopted, they are entirely responsible to ensure that they construct the associated drainage infrastructure to an adoptable standard.
