To ask the Minister of Education to detail any systems in place to monitor, measure, control and report on the activities of the Transition Service for young people aged 14+ who have a Statement of Special Educational Needs.

The EA Transitions Service use Capita One (Management Information System) and EA Connect (Annual Review portal) for recording of activities regarding young people aged 14+ who have a Statement of Educational Needs in Northern Ireland.
