To ask the Minister for Communities to detail the number of (i) people; and (ii) households, living in temporary accommodation on 31 March and 30 September in each of the last ten years, broken down by (a) accommodation type and (b) age of person or household.

The biannual Northern Ireland Homelessness Bulletin April – September 2024, published on 12 December 2024, contains information on a range of areas relating to homelessness and is available at: https://www.communities-ni.gov.uk/publications/northern-ireland-homelessness-bulletin-april-september-2024

Data on placements in temporary accommodation from 2018, by household and accommodation type, is available in Section 3 of the accompanying tables. However, I am unable to provide a breakdown in the format you have requested.
