To ask the Minister of Education, pursuant to AQW 25078/22-27, when the phased, costed operational plan which will sit behind the Special Educational Needs Reform Delivery Plan will be published.

The operational plan for the Special Educational Needs (SEN) Reform Delivery Plan is a working document to support planning and as such it is not intended that it will be published.
