Question:
To ask the Minister for Communities for an update on the tender process for the operation of Ballycopeland Windmill visitor centre and café.

Answer:

The tender for an operator for Ballycopeland Windmill was published in February 2025, however no acceptable tenders were submitted.

My officials are reviewing the tender specification and intend go back out to tender later in 2025.
