To ask the Minister for Infrastructure to detail when the Driver and Vehicle Agency will enable online applications for a full driving licence.

Answer:

DVA has introduced several online application services in recent years which include applications for a full driving licence. An online application process is also available to applicants applying for a first provisional driving licence; renewing an existing driving licence; replacing a driving licence; and notifying a change of address.
