To ask the Minister of Finance to provide an update on when the business case to close the non-domestic RHI scheme is expected to be approved.

Answer:

The business case to close the non-domestic RHI Scheme is subject to both Department of Finance and Treasury review. My department has reviewed the business case and has submitted it to Treasury for their assessment. We await the outcome of Treasury’s review of the business case.
