Question:
To ask the First Minister and deputy First Minister to provide to outline when the Investment Strategy will be brought forward for Executive approval.

Answer:

We are currently considering a final draft of the Investment Strategy and we hope to be able to bring it to the Executive for approval in the near future.

The Strategy will stabilise and transform investment infrastructure in key areas such as our schools, hospitals, transport, and digital connectivity, over the next 30 years. At the same time, it will recognise the need for regional balance across all the priorities.

We want to grow our economy and create a society where everyone leads healthy and productive lives. That is why it is important that the final document is closely aligned with the Programme for Government, and wider Executive priorities.
