Question:
To ask the Minister for Infrastructure whether she will review the Planning (Use Classes) Order (Northern Ireland) 2015 to introduce a distinct category for short-term holiday accommodation, separate from residential dwellings.

Answer:

A cross departmental group of DfC, DfI & DfE has very recently been established to consider this issue. However, I will keep under consideration are view the Planning (Uses Classes) Order (Northern Ireland) 2015.
