To ask the Minister for the Economy to outline when she will present her paper on a legal right for young people with special educational needs to an appropriate pathway, to the Executive.

Answer:

I recently wrote to my Executive Colleagues on a range of issues which were raised during our review of post-school education, skills and training provision, and legislative protections, for young people with special educational needs but are beyond my Departmental remit.
