To ask the Minister of Health for an update on the delivery of continuing healthcare.

Answer:

As you may be aware, my Department is currently subject to legal proceedings regarding the Continuing Healthcare policy in Northern Ireland.

There is no further update available at this time, and my Department will consider any action that may be required once the matter has been settled.
