To ask the Minister of Education, pursuant to AQW 28567/22-27, to detail the specific actions which will be funded in 2025-26 by the budget of £3m ring-fenced from the Early Learning and Childcare Strategy funding.

Answer:

The £3m ring-fenced budget from the Early Learning and Childcare (ELC) Strategy will fund the action within the Special Educational Needs (SEN) Reform Delivery Plan ‘Resource pre-school education settings to support children undergoing statutory assessment’ through the pilot Pre-School Education Inclusion Support Fund (PSEISF).
