To ask the Minister of Education, pursuant to AQW 28695/22-27, whether he will establish a data sharing arrangement with the Department of Health to establish the numbers of children and young people on the Child and Adolescent Mental Health Service waiting list experiencing (i) chronic; and (ii) severe chronic, school absence.

Answer:

Both my Department and the Education Authority would welcome any data sharing agreement which might assist policy and service areas to work collaboratively to support children and young people.
