Question:
To ask the Minister for Communities to provide a copy of the evaluation of the Employment Strategy for People with Disabilities that ended in March 2021.

Answer:

The Department did not publish an evaluation of the previous Employment Strategy for People with Disabilities: ‘Supporting Equality Through Inclusive Employment’.

In co-developing a new Disability and Work Strategy for Northern Ireland, the Department undertook a dedicated workshop with members of the Disability Employment Stakeholder Forum in June 2021, to review and identify lessons learned from the previous Strategy and its implementation. The outputs of this workshop shaped the forward approach to co-production of a new Strategy for Northern Ireland.
