To ask the Minister for Communities to outline how the Northern Ireland Community Infrastructure Fund will ensure compliance with duties under Section 75 of the Northern Ireland Act 1998.

Answer:

My Department has conducted an equality screening exercise and concluded that the proposals are not anticipated to have significant implications for equality of opportunity or good relations and, therefore, considers that an Equality Impact Assessment is not necessary. A copy of the screening exercise documentation is available on my Department’s website.
