To ask the Minister for Infrastructure whether her Department maintains a record of the number of parking penalty charges issued by each local council.

Answer:

From 1st April 2024 local councils have taken responsibility for the enforcement of their own off-street car parks.

The Department do not maintain records of Penalty Charge Notices (PCNs) issued by local councils.
