Question:
To ask the Minister for Infrastructure for a breakdown of the amount collected in parking penalty charges by her Department, in each year since 2015, broken down by local council area.


Answer:
The amount of revenue generated since 2016/17 from Penalty Charge Notices (PCNs) is shown in the table below. This figure is taken from the Department's finance system which cannot categorise PCN revenue by geographical location.
The Department’s finance system does not hold data prior to the inception of DfI as a Department, therefore figures are only available from 2016/17 onwards.
