To ask the Minister for Communities to detail any engagement his Department has had with the Irish Government regarding the Shared Island Fund allocation of €20 million over 2025-2030 for Arts and Cultural Heritage programmes, to deepen cultural cooperation, exchange and understanding.

Answer:

My officials engage regularly with counterparts in the Irish Government on issues of mutual interest, including in relation to relevant aspects of the Shared Island Programme. Decisions, operational arrangements and announcements on the nature of the Programme are matters for the Government of Ireland.
