Question:
To ask the Minister for the Economy to outline when the Review of Higher Education Funding will be published.

Answer:

I have recently endorsed the draft Terms of Reference for the Review of Higher Education Funding and these have been shared with key stakeholders including the Committee, local Higher Education Institutions, as well as unions.

As an initial step, the first stage of the Review, a Financial Needs Assessment of our Higher Education Institutions, is underway and due to be completed during the autumn.
