As part of the detailed scoping study undertaken as part of the civil law reform review of shared property management, meetings were held with key stakeholders including MLAs, housing associations, co-ownership groups, residential conveyancers and with colleagues in government departments. Officials also considered correspondence from home-owners and their representatives.
