To ask the Minister of Education to detail (i) the financial value of the Online Teacher Continued Professional Development Academy contract that was awarded to Innerdrive; and (ii) the procurement process that was followed in the awarding of this contract.

Answer:

The total value of the contract is £396,605 plus VAT.

Due to the bespoke nature of the product, and to ensure it was available for the start of the 2025-26 academic year, InnerDrive was appointed under a Direct Award Contract to deliver the online Continued Professional Development Academy for post-primary schools.
