To ask the Minister for Infrastructure to detail (i) when a review of speeding fines will be undertaken; and (ii) why a speeding fine is less than an on-street parking fine.

Answer:

I have recently received briefing and advice from officials on a number of speeding related measures, including a review of penalty fines for speeding. I am now considering the next steps and way forward.
