To ask the Minister for Infrastructure to detail the number of times her Department instigated enforcement proceedings against a developer under the Private Streets (Northern Ireland) Order 1980, in the 2024-25 financial year.

My Department have issued 16 enforcement notices under Article 11 of the Private Streets Order in the 2024/25 year.
