Question:
To ask the Minister for Infrastructure, pursuant to AQW 6941/22-27, for an update on the implementation of the findings and recommendations of the Department’s review of residents’ parking schemes, including (i) the expected timeframe for announcing the new application; and (ii) the assessment process for demand-led schemes.

Answer:

I am currently considering my officials’ recommendations in relation to residents’ parking schemes that provide a streamlined approach for considering, assessing and prioritising requests for schemes going forward. It is my intention to make an announcement as to how future residents’ parking schemes will be assessed by my Department in due course.
