To ask the Minister for the Economy to outline how her Department is working with the Department of Justice and the Department of Health to ensure the implementation of the Domestic Abuse (Safe Leave) Act (Northern Ireland) 2022, supports the Executive’s wider strategy to tackle domestic abuse.

My officials engage with their Health and Justice counterparts to ensure that the actions relevant to my Department within the Domestic and Sexual Abuse Strategy 2024-2031 Action Plan Year 1-3 are taken forward.
