To ask the Minister of Education for his assessment of the annual cost of reintroducing the Happy Healthy Minds programme or a similar initiative enabling primary schools to have access to counselling services.

Answer:

It is important that any future provision is considered in conjunction with health colleagues and wider health services, as primary providers of mental health services and therapies.
