To ask the Minister for Infrastructure for an update on when the revised private streets enforcement guidance will be finalised and published.

Answer:

The new Private Streets Enforcement Guidance for DfI officials was implemented on 25 September 2025. I announced its introduction on the same date. The Guidance can be viewed on the Departments website .
