To ask the Minister of Education to detail all stakeholders involved in the moderation panel which decides whether a child should move to the next stage of the special educational needs code of practice.

Answer:

The moderation panels consist of experienced Special Educational Need (SEN) professionals across the SEN category areas. The moderation panels do not make decisions on the stage of the code of practice the child is on; they determine the level of support required.
