To ask the Minister for the Economy to outline any consideration she has given to using Artificial Intelligence tools to support the more efficient analysis of consultation responses.

Answer:

We are aware of the Humphrey suite of tools currently being developed by the Department for Science, Innovation and Technology (DSIT). One of these tools (Consult) is being trialled specifically for the purpose of analysing consultation responses.

We are monitoring developments in this area with interest and, in the fullness of time, expect to gain access to the Humphrey suite to support our work.
