Question:
To ask the Minister for Communities to provide an update on the work of the Residential Building Safety Team.

Answer:

Following a period of research and engagement, officials are finalising a draft policy paper which will be issued for public consultation later this year. Subject to Executive agreement, my Department intends to introduce a Building Safety Bill early in the next mandate.
