Question:
To ask the Minister for Communities to detail any steps his Department is taking to ensure the golden thread of information is (i) embedded into building management; and (ii) applied consistently to Northern Ireland projects.

Answer:

My Department is currently co-designing policy with citizen’s, industry and public sector experts that will ensure that Golden Thread information is embedded into building management.

It is intended that the regulatory function proposed within the policy will ensure consistency across Northern Ireland.
