Question:
To ask the Minister for Communities to detail whether his Department has a centralised, publicly-accessible, database of buildings identified as needing remediation in regards to fire safety.

Answer:

My Department holds a database of all buildings that have undergone a Fire Risk Appraisal of External Walls as part of the Cladding Safety Scheme where the assessment has demonstrated the need for remediation. This list is not publicly available.

It is intended to publicly publish details of awards made under the Northern Ireland Cladding Safety Scheme in due course.
