To ask the Minister of Education to detail any formal data sharing arrangements between the Department of Health and the Department of Education, to inform planning for pre-school provision and placements, which have been established as set out in the SEN Reform Agenda and Delivery Plan 2025-2030.

Answer:

Engagement with the Education Authority is underway to establish joint requirements of the Department of Health to progress various workstreams including the sharing of early years health data to allow for better planning for SEN provision across the education estate.
