To ask the Minister for Infrastructure to detail when she will publish the report on her Department's consultation on Developer Contributions for Wastewater Infrastructure.

Answer:

On 21 March I launched a consultation on developer contributions for wastewater infrastructure. The consultation ran for 14 weeks and sought views on options for a possible pathway to introduce developer contributions – either on a voluntary basis or in the form of a compulsory levy – which may help to fund wastewater upgrades to unlock the capacity of our sewerage network.

293 responses to the consultation were received. These responses are currently being considered with a view to publishing a Consultation Responses Report in the coming weeks.
