Question:
To ask the Minister of Education, pursuant to AQW 33229/22-27, to outline, when a decision has been made to prosecute, whether the Education Authority takes into account any changes in circumstances that occur as the case proceeds.

Answer:

All cases are reviewed in accordance with court sittings in both Magistrates and Family Proceedings Courts. Education Welfare (EA) work on the premise of protection, paramountcy and partnership and all matters impacting young persons are assessed and reviewed to assist with interventions in all settings.
