Question:
To ask the First Minister and deputy First Minister to detail (i) any steps being taken to improve transparency, and visibility of communications and social media activity, relating to the work of the Northern Ireland Executive’s Bureaux in Brussels, Washington DC and Beijing; and (ii) an update on the communications plan for the Bureaux, including a timeframe for its publication.

Answer:

The Executive’s overseas offices have recently completed a refresh of their webpages and are enhancing their use of social media to share the ongoing work to showcase Northern Ireland as a great place to live, work, study, invest and visit. Regular reporting highlighting this ongoing work is also well advanced and will be available in due course.
