To ask the Minister of Education, pursuant to AQW 33484/22-27, to detail when the vacancies in the Local Impact Teams will be filled.

Answer:

The Education Authority (EA) has advised that:

The 29.4 Full Time Equivalent (FTE) Teacher grade specialist posts referred to in AQW 33484/22-27 are currently in recruitment.

Interviews for the 21.4 School Age Teacher grade specialist FTEs will be completed by week commencing 15 December 2025 at which point individual circumstances will determine when posts can be taken up.

The 8 FTE Early Years Teacher grade specialist posts are currently at the advertisement stage and this is due to close on 20 November 2025. Following which shortlisted candidates will be invited to the interview stage of the recruitment process in line with EA Protocol.
