Question:
To ask the Minister for Infrastructure to detail any plans her Department has to develop Mandeville Industrial Estate, Craigavon.

Answer:

Through its Regional Property Programme, Invest NI is progressing plans for the development of Mandeville Business Park in Craigavon.

This will begin with the installation of essential infrastructure to enable initial access. In line with the approach taken for other business parks under its ownership, development will be phased and guided by business demand. This provides flexibility in how and when additional phases are delivered, ensuring a balance between current and future needs while safeguarding the responsible use of public funds.

Invest NI will shortly appoint an Integrated Consultancy Team to finalise the site design plans. Once completed, these plans will be submitted for consideration through the statutory planning process.

My Department remains firmly committed to supporting balanced economic growth across the North. The delivery of Mandeville Business Park will play an important role in achieving this aim.
