To ask the Minister for Infrastructure whether she plans to extend the Translink concession pass criteria, to include those who have not been refused a driving licence but are unable to drive consistently, due to dynamic disability.

Answer:

I have no plans to extend the Translink concession pass criteria to include those who have not been refused a driving licence but are unable to drive consistently due to dynamic disability at this time. However, I am keen to extend the criteria when possible and all options will be considered.
